Book Three Nights or More and Dinner is On Us!

From Oct. 1 – Dec. 18, 2018 if you’ve booked three or more nights at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun, you’ll receive  one dinner for two on us at our fabulous Caribbean beach restaurant, Isla Contoy. In addition, we’ll treat you and your friends to two glasses of domestic wine or beer per person.

The perfectly placed huge palapa by the sea sets the stage for an unspoiled panorama as well as an array of delectable dining options for both lunch and dinner. Whether you opt to dine on the terrace, or under the shade of the majestic palapa, the scenery is picture-perfect from every angle.

A variety of tempting menu selections offers everything from cool appetizers such as shrimp cocktails, ceviches and sushi, to crisp salads, savory soups and other favorites highlighted by hamburgers and quesadillas as well as sizzling steak, chicken and seafood entrees.

By day, spectacular seaside views extend as far as the eye can see to the mystical Isla Mujeres. When the sun goes down the vibe is definitely romantic with the soft touch of candles and soft music casting a glow on scene.

Evening Dining Delights

For dinner, we unveil an international seafood-inspired buffet offering a variety of fresh selections starting with a crisp salad bar with a variety of fresh greens, lettuces and homemade dressings and infused oils to accompany a variety of toppings.

Also, on tap are tasty appetizers such as shrimp cocktail, ceviche and tiraditos with a unique Asian-Latin American twist.

For soup lovers, our selection of the day might feature a lobster bisque, seafood chowder and more.

Be sure to ask your waiter about the made-to-order seafood such as mahi-mahi, seared tuna, salmon, mussels, scallops and calamari with a variety of the Chef’s choice sauces.

Daily specials range from Valencia-style paella to an abundant carving station, which depending on the day, varies from an herb crusted whole prime rib, to fresh whole fish Maya Tikin style, served with corn tortillas and salsas so you can make your own tacos!

A selection of roasted garlic mashed potatoes, wild rice with tarragon-infused baby vegetables usually accompanies some of our nightly specials such as: grilled chicken breast with tamarind sauce, filet mignon with portobello mushrooms and red wine sauce and other selections.

Wines, signature drinks and delicious desserts, of course add to the experience.
